We want you to be happy with your order. Please contact us with any questions prior to placing your order. We charge 7% sales tax for items other than cloth diapers sold within Manitoba. We do not charge a re-stocking fee for order returns but buyers are responsible for return shipping costs on any items. We accept returns on items that are UNUSED and UNWASHED and have any applicable packaging, if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to advise us of the return. If you receive a defective item, we will work with you and may involve the diaper manufacturer depending on their products warranty. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
